Gareth Morgans is an established award winning London Food Photographer with over 18 years experience. Shooting from his large Bermondsey studio close to London Bridge he is equally at home on location. Types of work undertaken regularly are advertising, editorial, packaging, and PR photography.
Gareth originally trained and began working life as an Electrical Engineer in the late 80’s early 90’s. But through a love for travel & backpacking around the world over a number of years, he decided to return to college for 3 years and study photography. Upon graduating he freelance-assisted in London for 4 years working for fashion, car, still-life & food photographers. Inspired by these days assisting some of the best food photographers in London, he decided his own career path should follow his passion & love for food in the creation of delicious, beautiful imagery! He has now become a leading London Food Photographer.
Gareth’s food photography expertise and years of experience have allowed him to work with many leading agencies, food companies, magazine houses, book publishers and design groups. Gareth is recognised for his colourful, vibrant and detailed images with a subtle graphic twist.
With an ever growing client list, Gareth shoots regularly for M&S and Iceland packaging under the Slimming World range. He has worked with many TV chefs over the years including John Torode, Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein & Marco Pierre White.
Gareth’s wide range of clients include: Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Lidl, Ocado, Co-Op, BBC Food, Slimming World, Heinz, Birds Eye, Costa, Dolmio, Sainsbury’s, Delicious, Olive, Good Food & Good Houskeeping.
With a strong foundation in the love of painting & art, Gareth uses daylight or studio daylight to make you want to eat his food photography off the page & screen!
Please either call directly or via my agents at RARE by Trayler to discuss any projects.
